At Camping Lago-Mar, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. For this reason, we establish the following cancellation policy, applicable to all reservations made directly through our website, telephone or email.

1. General Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid, except for any management fees, if applicable.

Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to the arrival date will result in the retention of 50% of the reservation deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, as well as no-shows, will result in the retention of 100% of the reservation deposit, with no right to a refund.

Under no circumstances shall the retained amount exceed the deposit previously paid.

2. Special Seasons

During Easter, summer (July and August), long weekends and public holidays, special conditions will apply:

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in the retention of 100% of the reservation deposit.

These conditions will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

3. Booking Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability.

Any modification requested within the cancellation periods will be considered a cancellation for financial purposes, and the corresponding policy will be applied to the deposit amount.

4. Early Departures

In case of leaving the campsite before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be made for unused nights or the deposit paid.

5. Force Majeure

In duly justified cases of force majeure (serious illness, accident, official mobility restrictions), the campsite will assess each case individually and may offer:

Change of dates
Voucher for future stays

Under no circumstances is a refund of the deposit guaranteed.

6. Acceptance of the Policy

Making a reservation implies express acceptance of this cancellation policy, which will be permanently available on our website and during the online booking process.
