Camping Lago-Mar

Camping Lago-Mar is a space for rest, coexistence and enjoyment of the natural and cultural environment. All guests must comply with the following rules during their stay.

Staying at the campsite implies express acceptance of these regulations.

1. Registration and Access

All guests must be properly registered at reception.
Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay on pitches or in accommodations.
Management reserves the right of admission in accordance with current regulations.
Identification may be requested at any time.

2. Quiet Hours and Rest

Guests must respect the rest of others.
Silence must be maintained between 00:00 and 08:00.
Loud music, shouting or behaviour that disturbs coexistence is not allowed.
In the case of cultural activities organised by the campsite, schedules will be communicated in advance.

In case of repeated non-compliance, management may cancel the stay without the right to a refund.

3. Visitors

Visitors must be reported in advance at reception. They may be subject to:

• Access control
• Time restrictions
• Additional charges according to current rates

Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without prior registration.
The campsite may limit or deny visits during periods of high occupancy.

4. Use of Pitches and Accommodations

Each pitch or accommodation may only be occupied by the authorised number of persons.
Changing pitch or accommodation without authorisation is not permitted.
Designated barbecue areas are available within the campsite.
Barbecues on pitches are only allowed with prior authorisation from management and in accordance with applicable regulations.
The installation of unauthorised structures is prohibited.

Any damage caused to facilities or equipment will be the responsibility of the guest.

5. Pets

Pets are allowed in authorised areas.
They must always be under control.
They are not allowed in restricted areas.
Owners must clean up after them.
Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the owner.

6. Vehicles and Traffic

Maximum speed within the campsite: 10 km/h.
Parking is only permitted in designated areas.
The campsite is not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles.

7. Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open during the summer season, with opening and closing dates varying each year.
Compliance with the specific rules of the facility is mandatory.
Use is restricted to authorised guests.
The campsite may limit access for safety or capacity reasons.

8. Safety, Coexistence and Respect

Aggressive, uncivil or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Alcohol consumption must be responsible.
It is prohibited to tamper with electrical or technical installations.
Camping Lago-Mar is a space free from sexist, racist, LGTBI-phobic or any other form of discrimination or violence.
In case of emergency, reception must be notified immediately.

9. Restaurant / Bar

The restaurant/bar has an indicative annual schedule from 08:00 to 23:00, which may vary depending on the season.
Kitchen hours may also vary depending on the season, occupancy or special programming.
Management may modify schedules for organisational, weather or safety reasons.

10. Cultural Programme

Camping Lago-Mar organises cultural activities during certain periods of the year.

Guests accept the possible occurrence of such activities within reasonable hours.
The campsite will ensure respect for quiet hours.

11. Non-compliance and Expulsion

Serious or repeated breaches of these regulations may result in:

Formal warning.
Cancellation of the stay.
Expulsion from the campsite without the right to a refund.
