These conditions govern the booking process and the stay at Camping Lago-Mar. Making a reservation implies express acceptance of all of them.

1. Booking Process

Reservations are made exclusively through the official Camping Lago-Mar website or via authorised online booking platforms (Pitchup / Booking).
To confirm the reservation, a deposit payment will be required, the amount of which will be indicated during the booking process.
The reservation will not be considered confirmed until the corresponding deposit has been correctly received.
The conditions applicable to each reservation will be those indicated during the purchase process on the platform used.

2. Deposit

The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the stay.
The percentage of the deposit may vary depending on the season, type of accommodation or applicable special conditions.
Under no circumstances shall the deposit be considered full payment of the stay.

3. Prices

Prices include VAT.
The total price of the stay is calculated based on the number of nights, type of accommodation, number of guests and contracted services.
Services or extras not included in the reservation must be paid at reception during the stay or upon departure.

4. Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the type of accommodation booked:

Bungalows and mobile homes
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: before 12:00

Pitches
Check-in: from 12:00
Check-out: before 12:00

Arrivals or departures outside the established times must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Failure to comply with these times may result in additional charges.

5. Minimum Stay

Camping Lago-Mar establishes a minimum stay, which may vary depending on the season, type of accommodation or specific dates.

The required minimum number of nights will be clearly indicated during the online booking process.

Reservations that do not meet the minimum stay requirements for the selected dates will not be accepted.

6. Booking Modifications and Cancellations

Any requested modification may result in an adjustment to the final price.
Modifications requested within the cancellation period will be considered as cancellations for financial purposes, and the corresponding policy will be applied to the deposit.
Cancellations are governed by the Camping Lago-Mar Cancellation Policy, available on the website and during the booking process.
Under no circumstances shall the cancellation penalty exceed the amount of the deposit paid.

7. No-show

Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will result in the total loss of the deposit.
The campsite is not obliged to hold the reservation beyond the first night.

8. Early Departures

In case of leaving the campsite before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be made for unused nights or the deposit paid.

9. Stay Rules

All guests must comply with the campsite’s internal rules.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of the stay without the right to a refund.
Access to the facilities by unregistered persons is not permitted without prior authorisation.
Visits from friends or family during the stay must be reported in advance at reception.
Such visits may be subject to time restrictions and may incur an additional daily charge according to the campsite’s current rates.

10. Pets

Pets are allowed in accommodations and pitches.
They must always be under control of their owners and comply with the campsite’s internal regulations. Under no circumstances may they roam freely.

11. Liability

The campsite is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to facilities or accommodations during their stay.

12. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and used solely for the management of the reservation and stay.

13. Acceptance of Conditions

Making a reservation implies express acceptance of all these conditions, as well as the cancellation policy and the internal rules of Camping Lago-Mar.
